Individuals in Physical & Mathematical Sciences will attain an integrated view of science by examining a closely related group of topics with an emphasis on coordination among traditional subject areas. The Specialist Program in Physical & Mathematical Sciences combines studies in Astronomy, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and Statistics. The program prepares students for careers in teaching, industry, and government as well as for further studies at the graduate level.
Students interested in the general Sciences, including Mathematics, are best suited studying one or more areas within the Physical & Mathematical Sciences. |
